- Model or part number, for example SYS-821GE-TNHR, or a bill of materials if the build is already specified.
- Quantity, and whether it ships as one consignment or in phases.
- Delivery destination: country, city, and the site contact who will receive it.
- Required in-service date, and whether that date is fixed or has room in it.
- Rack, power and cooling limits at the receiving site.
- Documentation needed on arrival: serial-level records, customs paperwork or end-user statements.
